Presentation

Tepsen Be'Laroy is a Tryker official scientist with a whimsical, chaotic, even paranoid character. "
Rumors grant himTrytonist connections, but many say he is just insane.

  • He is a member of the FISHES society, an advisor to the Federation government and the Taliari assembly, notably for his work on Goo. He is an engineer and an inventor: he conducts research on topics as varied as "the resistance of leathers to sap" [1] or to goo, "floating pontoons in Fairhaven", "wind turbines", "ascender to the canopy", "explosive thrust", "a means of moving quickly on water" or "a mechanical mailer"... and especially teleportation. He is said to be able to teleport without the aid of the Powers [2]; this has earned him the nickname "the Phantom" by his colleagues (with his propensity to disappear for years).
  • He is the author of an amber cube discovered in 2608 by Zin Di-Dao and Ulydox Oox in the Kitin's Lair. He describes a technique for creating allegorical attributes for jewellery. This technique is very advanced and seems to go beyond symbolic representation. The appropriate choice of symbols could create a beneficial effect on the wearer of the jewel.
